Our team is dedicated to developing an advanced Point of Sale product that allows restaurant staff to efficiently serve customers at their tables through an online connection to a cloud-based back office. This solution enhances order accuracy, speeds up service, and reduces operational costs. It features a C#.NET backend and a front-end designed for Google Android, along with back office and kitchen systems.We are seeking a candidate to support our Point of Sale (Android) development team. You will work closely with the entire team to implement features for our cloud solution. As a feature team, we focus on delivering complete functionalities across our platform. Your primary responsibility will be developing the front-end in Android and Java, and in the future, contributing to our shared business logic in C++ to support both Android and iOS development.
Popis Pracovní Pozice
- Collaborate with fellow developers to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance new software solutions
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and testing
- Stay current with industry developments and introduce new concepts to the team
- Communicate with product owners, customers, and business stakeholders regarding the team's work
Požadujeme
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- 2+ years of experience with Java
- 2+ years of experience with Android development
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, especially Scrum
- Experience with C++ or a willingness to learn
