Monika Sedláčková

Monika is a seasoned talent acquisition specialist with over two decades of experience in recruitment and executive search. Since February 2023 Monika has been helping Talentor with various projects within the fields of manufacturing, construction, IT and healthcare. Prior to this, Monika founded Synapsis Recruitment, s.r.o. in 2009, leading recruitment and executive search projects for various clients and providing coaching and training services. Her earlier roles include managing the recruitment division at Touchdown Czech Republic, s.r.o. and serving as a Senior Consultant at Key6 Business Solutions. Monika's extensive experience and dedication to talent acquisition make her a valuable asset to any organization.
