Popis Pracovní Pozice

We are looking for a dedicated manager to supervise our Recruitment Team, ensure that all recruiting operations run smoothly and the most suitable candidates are hired. The Recruitment Manager will provide leadership, support, and vision to the team, evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting procedures, HR marketing activities and select the most viable advertising options.

  • Setting and managing a strong recruitment strategy to achieve challenging hiring goals
  • Leading and providing overall guidance to the Recruitment Team (6 members)
  • Continuously innovating and improving processes and procedures
  • Building strong relationships with senior business managers to understand their needs and requirements
  • Utilizing all available sourcing tools to ensure a quality candidate pipeline
  • Pro-actively sourcing candidates and building candidate talent pools
  • Being a ‘Talent Acquisition best practice’ champion into the business
  • Training and advising hiring managers on interviewing techniques
  • Recommending, implementing and coordinating ways to improve our company´s employer brand
  • Being responsible for all the HR marketing and branding activities
  • Identifying, tracking and reporting on relevant recruitment metrics and continually evaluating results and costs
  • Supporting the internal selection processes by organizing and participating in assessment centers
  • Proven work experience in recruitment (min. 4 years, both internal and agency) - screening, sourcing, assessing/ interviewing, etc.
  • Previous team leading experience
  • Experience with high volumes hiring and HR marketing is considered a plus
  • Expert knowledge of effective candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process management
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem solving, organizational, interpersonal and motivational skills
  • Fluency in English language (C1 level), another language is an advantage
  • Czech language is an advantage
