To support Wholesale Lending with day-to-day processes, reviewing, reporting, trading, and resolving issues.Responsibilities:Provide support for Wholesale Lending initiatives, including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution, utilizing your technical expertise. Monitor lending operations to ensure they are efficient, effective, and compliant with regulatory requirements.Collaborate with teams across the organization to align and integrate Wholesale Lending processes. Identify areas for improvement in lending processes and recommend necessary changes. Develop and implement procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency. Create reports and presentations on performance in Wholesale Lending and communicate findings to senior stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends to implement best practices in Wholesale Lending services. Participate in projects and initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness in lending operations. Assistant Vice President Expectations Provide consultation on complex issues, advising leaders to resolve escalated challenges. Identify risk mitigation strategies and develop policies/procedures to support control and governance efforts. Manage risk and strengthen controls in relation to the work performed. Work closely with other areas, understanding how various functions contribute to achieving organizational goals. Collaborate with support areas to remain aligned with business strategies and activities. Engage in complex data analysis from various sources to solve problems creatively and effectively. Communicate complex or sensitive information clearly and persuasively. Influence and convince stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes. To be successful as a Senior Reliability Engineer, you will need the following:Experience in Production support / Trade floor support / Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). Knowledge of cloud (both private and public), on-premises systems, containerization, virtualization, networking, operating systems, and database technologies. Proficiency in scripting with Python, Java, or Shell/Perl. Additional valuable skills may include:Experience implementing observability and monitoring solutions. Familiarity with messaging platforms. Knowledge of ITIL.
