C++ Gameplay Developer

We are looking for a Senior Gameplay Programmer to reinforce our gameplay team in Prague. You will cooperate directly with the Lead Programmer and other programmers to implement and expand gameplay features for the Arma project. This entails solving technical challenges, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team of enthusiastic game developers, and contributing to enhancing the experience of our players. Responsibilities

• Design and implement core foundations for gameplay systems in collaboration with the engine team
• Challenge yourself in C++ optimization and architecture
• Mentoring of less experienced team members
• Be responsible for your feature’s network, memory, GPU, and CPU usage
• Provide consultations to leads about technical decisions

Education/Skills

• Strong abilities to design and implement robust performance and gameplay features in C++
• Effective problem solving skills
• Self-driven, but still team oriented
• Good communicator, even with non-technical people (game designers, artists, animators etc.)
• A passion to work with creative teammates to build something outstanding
